bleh. i swear its the last time i ever buy a christian cd from cd rama. they always stick retarded stickers that r like so hard to remove den when u remove it, the surface of the disc gets all sticky. haha. ppl who know me will know i really hate this type of stuff. so heh. attributes all the way!

i m feeling sad for this fren of mine. dunno wad problems she has la. but its really plaguing her so bad. i think its really messing her up. and i learnt myself that when u feel crappiest is when u need God most and when he can muster enough to do that. breakthrough comes. u break the devils hold over that area of ur life. i just feel casting crowns really touched me la. i just feel the holy spirit fall on me and give me peace when i think of the sentence 'his yolk is easy, his burden is light.'

i really like to thank God for helping me last through the longest day of the week. my thigh still hurts. haha. wad i did today despite the rain.

hell loads of jumping jacks.
3 sets of 10 superman [lie ur tummy and lift ur hands and legs up straight]
3 sets of 15 crunches
3 sets of 1 min of roman chair [half squat against the wall]
3 sets of 4 push ups [its more den u think]
3 sets of 1/2 min of using elbow to lift ur body up [body must be parallel to the floor]

yups. haha. i wanna share something on sat during cell. i felt quite blessed today. heh.

i splurged on monkey business! and some other album that has some kool cover. try to guess wad it is heh. my cheap thrill to leave u guessing.

today saw loads of frens no longer in pjc, saw ruiming, ying cong and uncle [even thou he didnt see me]. really made me miss the first three months. 06S09. den hasvin was like looking at my file and going. wa so loyal to ac ah. den i was like ya, cannot ah. haha. but in my mnd i was really thinking bout my barker frens man, marcus, reuben, jared, rohan, zhen hong, glenn, andrew, hong yi. havent seen them in ages. wonder how they are.

was walking around with mavis at lot 1 buying some pens.

kinda miss the times when we used to hang out after school. but cheer up k. its all for the best. sometimes my glance falls on u. i wish i can see u luff like u did in math lecture today.

i still think tml is bo liao, 2 tutorials, long session of GP and chinese. God, u hafta to help me stay alive!
